AAC Concrete Block Production Line
The autoclaved aerated concrete blocks produced by the AAC production line are lightweight, thermal-insulating, porous concrete products. They are primarily made from siliceous materials (such as fly ash, tailings sand, shale, etc.), cement, lime, and gas-forming agents through processes including grinding, batching, mixing and pouring, gas-foaming expansion, static curing, cutting, and autoclave curing. These blocks are mainly suitable for filling external walls and partitioning internal walls in frame structures and cast-in-place concrete structures. They can also be used in the construction of external walls or thermal-insulating composite walls in multi-story buildings with seismic ring beams, as well as for roof insulation and thermal insulation in buildings.
